Orders are gathered through the month and submitted to the manufacturer together on the first business day of the following month. Items then ship from overseas and typically arrive in about two weeks. Follow your order anytime using Track My Order above.
Once shipped, your tracking number lets you follow the package in real time. International shipping can occasionally run long. If tracking has not updated in a while, reach out and we will help look into it.
General storage guidance for research reagents: lyophilized vials are the most stable form. Keep refrigerated (about 2–8°C / 36–46°F), and for long-term storage many are kept frozen. Keep away from light and heat, and avoid repeated temperature swings.
